Challenge: Following a recent rebrand from ReadyNetworks to READY, it became apparent that the new name lacked distinctive branding impact. As a result, the decision was made to pursue another renaming initiative to establish a stronger, more resonant brand identity.
We conducted focus groups with existing clients and partners to guide the renaming process, ultimately selecting ‘MSP Hub.’ The new name reflects the company’s core identity as a Managed Service Provider, while ‘Hub’ highlights its self-service software marketplace.

Due to the absence of a designated budget for social media, the entire online presence was developed using stock images, with all copywriting handled personally.
